The device consists of a metal heating plate and a water tank. The water is heated to humidify the air you breathe. The humidifier is very useful in case of nasal congestion or drying of the mouth, throat or nose. The temperature is adjusted to your best convenience by a thermostat. To avoid condensation on the hose, the temperature of the humidifier should be adjusted to that of the room.
